My Experience
I have over a decade of Pilates teaching experience.
I originally trained and taught for 2 years in NYC at Power Pilates under the leading instructors in Pilates today. My experience training and teaching in NYC was invaluable, and I am so glad that I have been able to share this experience with my clients in Charleston, SC since 2004.
I am also Pilates Method Alliance certified.
My Mission
While many other studios are taking short-cuts to improve profits, my mission is to offer my clients the classical method; Pilates as intended by Joseph Pilates.
I believe strongly in his method because it works!
Joseph Pilates said, “Health is a normal condition; it is our duty not only to attain it but to maintain it.”
Whether you are experienced in Pilates or trying it out for the first time, I am confident that with consistent work on the Pilates apparatus, you will feel better and see noticeable differences in your body.
